Shipping Policy

Each piece at The Karat Store is made to order by our master craftsmen. Standard processing time is 10–14 business days from the date of confirmed payment. Bespoke and custom engraving orders may require an additional 5–7 business days.

Once your piece passes our quality inspection, it is dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details via email and SMS.

Free insured shipping on all orders within India. We ship via FedEx Priority or Bluedart depending on your location. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.

All domestic shipments are fully insured, tamper-proof sealed, and require a signature on delivery. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

For metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad), we also offer Saturday delivery at no additional charge.

We ship to 40+ countries worldwide. Free international shipping is included on all orders. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express. All shipments are fully insured and require signature on delivery.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. The amount varies by destination country and item value.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment in real time on the FedEx, Bluedart, or DHL website as applicable.

All pieces are delivered in The Karat Store signature presentation box, nestled in a protective jewellery pouch with a certificate of authenticity and IGI grading report (where applicable). Gift messaging and premium gift wrapping are available at checkout.
