We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unworn pieces in their original condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, email us at returns@thekaratstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

We offer free exchanges for a different size, metal, or design within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

Size exchanges are complimentary for ring purchases within 90 days of delivery, as we understand that sizing can be tricky.

Every piece at The Karat Store carries a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects in metal and stone setting. This covers structural issues, prong failure, and stone loss due to setting defects.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and loss are not covered. We recommend annual professional cleaning and inspection, which we offer complimentary at our Mumbai atelier.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
